- Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• All information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete.
• You are authorized to make bookings on behalf of all travelers included in your reservation.
- Booking Requests
Submitting an enquiry or booking request does not constitute confirmation of a reservation.
A booking is confirmed only after:
• Availability has been verified.
• Applicable payments have been received.
• Written confirmation has been issued by Travixa DMC.
- Pricing
Unless otherwise stated:
• All prices are subject to availability.
• Rates may change without prior notice due to supplier revisions, currency fluctuations, taxes, fuel surcharges, or government regulations.
• Quotations are valid only for the period specified in the quotation.
• Prices are not guaranteed until the booking has been confirmed and payment received.
- Payments
Payment schedules will be communicated at the time of booking.
Travixa DMC reserves the right to cancel or suspend any booking if payments are not received by the agreed due dates.
Applicable bank charges, payment gateway fees, taxes, TCS, GST, or other statutory charges are payable by the customer unless otherwise specified.
- Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Cancellation charges may apply based on:
• Hotel policies
• Airline policies
• Visa fees
• Local supplier terms
• Destination-specific regulations
• Time remaining before departure
Certain bookings, promotional offers, and non-refundable services may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
- Refunds
Where applicable:
• Refunds will be processed after receiving refunds from the respective airlines, hotels, or suppliers.
• Processing times may vary depending on supplier policies and banking procedures.
• Service charges, visa fees, insurance premiums, convenience fees, and other non-refundable components may be deducted.
- Travel Documents
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they possess:
• A valid passport
• Required visas
• Travel insurance (where applicable)
• Health certificates or vaccination records
• Any additional documents required by the destination country
Travixa DMC shall not be responsible for denied boarding, refused entry, deportation, or losses resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.
- Visa Assistance
Where visa assistance is provided:
• Approval of visas remains solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate.
• Travixa DMC cannot guarantee visa approval.
• Visa fees and related charges are generally non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.
- Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
• Trip cancellations
• Medical emergencies
• Personal accidents
• Loss of baggage
• Flight delays
• Emergency evacuation
• Personal liability
Travixa DMC is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
- Changes by the Customer
Requests to modify confirmed bookings are subject to:

• Supplier approval
• Additional charges
• Applicable fare differences
Not all bookings can be modified after confirmation.
- Changes Beyond Our Control
Travel services may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Political unrest
• Pandemics
• Airline operational issues
• Airport closures
• Supplier insolvency
• Strikes or industrial action
In such cases, Travixa DMC will make reasonable efforts to assist with alternative arrangements but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or compensation beyond what is recoverable from suppliers.
- Limitation of Liability
Travixa DMC acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party travel suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transport providers, cruise companies, destination management companies, and tour operators.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, or defaults of third-party suppliers.
• We are not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, overbookings, baggage loss, personal injury, property damage, or other incidents caused by third-party providers.
• Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid directly to Travixa DMC for the affected booking.
- User Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate information.
• Comply with all destination laws and regulations.
• Respect local customs and cultures.
• Follow airline, hotel, and supplier rules.
• Avoid any unlawful or fraudulent use of our website or services.
